Upholstered furniture | Delivery specifications for fabric/leather covering
We deliver a ready-upholstered piece of furniture. We are also happy to apply the upholstery fabric of your choice at the same time – but we need your help for that.
Step by step:
Standard specification: White upholstery
i.e. so-called “natural nettle” fabric upholstery. In this case, you will need to consult your local upholsterer again, who will apply the upholstery fabric to the finished and delivered furniture. For the upholsterer in your area, this is a piece of cake.
Please note the following rules:
Our standard upholstery for distance selling contracts (online shop) is white upholstery. If we do not receive any fabric specifications from you, we will assume that this suits you and that you would like your upholstered furniture to be delivered in white.
Fix-finish specification | You tell us your fabric choice
For us it is the same effort whether we do a white upholstery or whether we wallpaper on the final noble fabric straight away. Of course, we prefer to deliver ready-to-use with the fabric of your choice.
Please note the following tips and procedures:

We work with every fabric publisher and can source any fabric in the world. Simply tell us the fabric manufacturer and the fabric number of your selection. Then we order the fabric and finish your furniture with your favourite fabric. In the final invoice, we only charge the metrage at the fabric manufacturer’s RRP (surcharge).
Your final invoice will then contain
Article price incl. 20 % VAT
+ fabric – RRP of the manufacturer
+ shipping costs
= total invoice amount -
ALTERNATIVE: You simply send us the fabric by FEDEX | UPS | DHL | POST. The fabric width is normally 140 cm, the required running metre number is rolled up by the fabric publisher/fabric manufacturer onto a cardboard/cardboard transport roll.
In this case, we will inform you of the required metrage by e-mail. Just let us know and we will send you all the necessary information.

As soon as the precious leather is in stock, the delivery time of your furniture is only 2 weeks. Some manufacturers deliver by air freight within 2-3 days. With other fabric manufacturers it takes longer. Please understand that we have relatively little influence on the logistics of the fabric supplier.
